Ferbers in Aachen

The location is very nice in Ferberpark and in the middle of Burtscheid. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is modern. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the kitchen. The food tastes very simple and is warmed up. The cake was from the day before yesterday, at least when we were there. In addition, the restaurant unfortunately makes an unclean impression.

We loved going there, but we won't do it anymore. The service is just underground. We waited 1 1/2 hours for the food today, which would not be an issue if the extremely unfriendly waiter had a word of apology from the lips. It's a shame because the Ferbers is really a very nice place.

Great service and good food, the selection also has a lot to offer vegetarians and vegans! The location right by the playground and park makes it ideal for families.

Always delicious! The service could sometimes be a little friendlier or more attentive. (I was not asked about the degree of doneness of my fillet steak and had to ask twice about the mayonnaise I had ordered) but the food is always great!

I had received a confirmation of my reservation from 14/9 / on 15/7/. On September 17, we were accommodated to the right of the counter. For a long time we were the only guests in this area. No waiter felt responsible for us and were therefore served by 6 different people. Therefore the following problems are likely: When serving the main course a side salad was forgotten and we asked again during the meal. In vain. The wine for the main course came when we had half eaten. Now the good: The food is very good. This was our first visit and we had heard nothing but good things from Ferbers. Our occasion was a birthday and unfortunately we were frozen the whole evening

This restaurant is located inside a small park. The atmosphere and decoration are nice and modern. The toilets are very clean. There are plenty of outdoor seats and a playground nearby. The staff was very friendly but the food took quite a while to arrive. Food is very delicious. One plus point for me is there are many vegetarian dishes.

Very pleasantly located in a small green area and yet centrally located in Burscheid. Very nice ... and lots of outside spaces. Here you can be catered for and linger well at any time of the day. A popular meeting place for all generations. A toddler playground is directly adjacent to the rear terrace (park side) and is easily visible from there. The little ones can play and parents can relax and enjoy. Rather higher in price ... a bit excessive for the portion on offer. Friendly service.

Very nice and very well located restaurant & café with a large outdoor area and walking distance to several (paid) parking spaces. Clear but varied menu with fair prices and delicious dishes. Vegetarians will also get their money's worth here. The staff is attentive and friendly. Make a reservation during the usual peak times!

Great food with a good variety. The ambience and the park environment are nice. Only the waiting times, for example to reorder drinks, were quite long.

Am very disappointed. Gave great praise beforehand and tried it out. Once and never again. Had chicken breasts with vegetables. The meat was extremely dry, which I said directly. Instead of serving the whole thing properly as it should be in a reasonable restaurant, the plate was cleared and I was offered a coffee as an excuse. But I didn't want that. Instead I got, well meaning, a yoghurt ice cream with strawberries .. Yes, I actually didn't eat my meal, but paid for it heartily. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the Ferbers and will not go there again. Customer-friendly and quality looks different. ??

The food was ok. However, the service is not particularly attentive. As a pregnant woman, I sat in a corner where the champagne coolers are put down. Unfortunately, the space was so tight that I could hardly get in and out. A woman from the group who was not pregnant also had trouble leaving the place. The table was reserved in advance. After everyone had finished eating, we were told that the table had been reassigned for 7.30 p.m. It would have been nice to find out when making the reservation. Unfortunately, you could not get salt or pepper during the meal either, as the waitress did not inquire and did not appear, so you could have asked.

Since I was traveling alone I got a seat even though the restaurant was full. The service was very friendly and courteous. Only one point deduction because my salad wasn't washed well and I thought I had a little sand with me. Nevertheless, the rest of the food tasted very good.

The staff was busy but still very nice and friendly. The schnitzel and fries tasted very good, and the portion of the tiramisu was amazing, totally tasty and recommendable

Food, drinks and ambience are really good. Unfortunately, what leaves a lot to be desired is the service quality. Most of the waiters are unfriendly and, above all, inattentive. Although they walked past the table several times, empty dishes were not cleared or asked for a new order (sometimes for over an hour). You also wait a long time for the bill. Since this happens every time you visit there, you unfortunately have to assume that it is "normal" and does not only occur on particularly full days. A real shame.

Wonderful place to spend a cozy evening with acquaintances and friends. Staff is friendly, the food is very good (but this is always a matter of taste) I think the prices for this location are completely okay! Keep it up!

Had a wide selection of food for both lunch and dinner. This was our first visit and we not only enjoyed the food but the atmosphere as well.

food is good when you finally get to it

I was eating here with my colleagues about a week ago. The service staff is very friendly and quick. The food is very tasty, the portions reasonable for the price. I will gladly come again. :) It was very comfortable!

Good Greek salad, friendly service. Pleasant atmosphere. Defeat: Not exactly environmentally friendly heating of the outside area. Probably allowed by the city of Aachen to spur business tax. Patio heaters or similar have almost all restaurants with an outdoor area in Aachen.

Nice location, very friendly staff and delicious food. Also nice to have a look into the kitchen. We had the spinach pizza - was nicely packed with all the ingredients, and vegan spaghetti. Will come back for sure! 5 stars!

Magnificent Italian food, we went back there the next day! The service is really good and the people really nice. Reservations on the site are easy to make and I recommend making a reservation, because it's pretty popular! Perfect place for a romantic dinner, a place for young and old or drinking place with friends!
